As at 11th November, 2011, videos of the band posted on our youtube channel had been viewed a total of a quarter of a million times in over 170 countries. 

The most watched video in the USA is 'Music from the Elizabethan Court'.  Most popular in Asia is 'The Final Countdown'.  'Kalinka' is more popular in Egypt than in Russia.  The 'Best of Abba' takes number one spot in Iraq!

Ystrad Band Celebrities!

Wyn Davies performed a solo as part of our winning programme at the 2004 National Eisteddfod in Newport.  More recently, as part of Only Men Aloud, he won the BBC's Last Choir Standing.  The choir appeared on Strictly Come Dancing's Christmas day show in 2010.

Vernon Kerswell also gave a solo performance with the band at the National Eisteddfod in 2006, before going on to appear on BBC2's Dragons' Den with his airborne inventions.
